Booking an Caribbean all inclusive vacation

My girlfriend and I would like to book a 4 or 5 day all inclusive vacation in the caribbean for late January, early February. We are hoping to pay around $700. Should we book ASAP, or will prices get cheaper as we get closer (e.g., after Christmas)?

Caribbean All Inclusive - Last Minute Deal vs Booking Ahead
by: Tammy

January / February is high season in the Caribbean and packages tend to book up early and be more expensive. That being said, if you are flexible about your dates and destination you will quite possibly find a great deal at the last minute.

If you want/need to book more than a week or two in advance I'd recommend booking soon.

Your choosen destination will impact your cost the most with Canun, Cuba and the Dominican Republic being three of the cheaper Caribbean destinations. I have more information on choosing cheap all inclusive vacations here.

Booking online also tends to be cheaper.
