Family reunion all inclusive trip including a families with children

Hi there
I've got an all inclusive Caribbean vacation question - I'm trying to plan a family reunion trip in February of this year and I'm having trouble deciding where to go for our vacation. I think we'd mostly like to stay in an all inclusive resort with a few options for excursions.

I love the turquoise Caribbean sea and really want to be somewhere with a great beach. We'll also need to have activities for kids ranging in age from 3 to 14.

I'm looking for a cheap to moderately priced packages. The only place I've been to in the Caribbean is Mexico and I'd really like to try something different.
